How do I upload my design for my order?
You will be prompted to send us your artwork after your order been completed. Go through the basket, pay for the order and then click the button to send your artwork through WeTransfer.
Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
You can select your delivery option when in the basket. Standard delivery is the default option, but you can change this to collection via the drop-down box.
Delivery should be made within 2-7 working days, depending on the products ordered and if the artwork and payment are received correctly, before the end of the stated deadline.
Changing an order that has been placed
We can only change an order if it has not been sent to print. Order amendments cannot be guaranteed in the case of any other order status. Should a change not be possible, we will confirm this in a separate message.
Change of Delivery Address
Depending on the stage an order is in, it may be possible to change it's delivery address mid process. However, this can not be guaranteed.
Multiple products can be added to one single order. But these must be shipped to one single address. If you require delivery to multiple addresses then you would need to place an individual order for each address.
Should you receive an order which is not to your satisfaction, please contact one of our staff after receipt of your parcel to notify us of your complaint. Please sign for goods as damaged if they appear faulty.
Due to the bespoke nature of our printed goods it is not possible to cancel an order if it has been printed. If you wish to cancel an order then please contact us immediately.
What if I am unable to see the option I'm looking for on your website?
Just because something is not on our website, this does not necessarily mean that we are unable to help. This may just be that we would need to work out a specific quote for your order.
