The perfect partner to a table plan, our table name card printing allows you to clearly label each table at your wedding reception with its name or number, to help direct guests towards their seat. These personalised table name cards can also make a more concise alternative to a table plan, printing the guests names next to each table name/number.

If you are ordering a table plan, then the accompanying table name cards are included free of charge (contact us here to place your order)

We have a range of sizes and card stocks available (both smooth and textured card) to create your name cards. You can also benefit from our onsite graphic designers, who (should you have need of their skills) are on-hand to create a design that will clearly show your guests to the correct table whilst in-keeping with your chosen theme or design of your table plan or other wedding stationery. Alternatively, we can also produce your information cards from print-ready files that you can send to us.

As part of our wedding stationery printing service, you have the option of seeing either a digital or printed proof before the full run of your order goes to print - this can be specified in the drop down menu above, and you are always welcome to either get in touch with our team or come and see us to discuss elements of your order, so that you are completely happy with your wedding save the date cards.

This Includes:

• Your choice of smooth or textured card options
• Includes a proof before going ahead - either a digital proof sent to your email, or a printed proof available to be viewed in our Malvern shop
• Either printed from a supplied print-ready file, or designed by on our onsite graphic designers - up to 20 minutes bespoke design time (additional artwork may be charged as extra)
• Availability to discuss all elements of your order with our knowledgeable and experienced team, in store or online
